Strength of schedule is used all the time for comparing teams and when u are a AA team playing a A schedule it's going to come up. I don't care if u are 1 kid over or 100 kids over. If u want to be compared with the other AA teams this is going to come up. And I'm not saying it makes MU a less of a team I'm just saying it leaves the door open for debate.

The A teams Mt.Union are playing are better than the AA teams central are playing, as a whole. In the MAC, Central is playing Tyrone, Clearfield, Huntingdon, Bellefonte, Penns Valley, PO, Bald Eagle. Mt. Union plays, BA, Southern, JV, NB, Everett, Tussey, Mo Valley, WB. If you would have read my previous post and could comprehend. I said BA, Tyrone, Clearfield are debatable who's the best out of them. I give it to Central they would play 2 out of the 3 teams instead of MU playing only 1. That being said that's their schedule. MU would play 1 "Marque" game but they play a lot of good teams and teams that would go 6-3 in the MAC. Central will play their 2 big games, then its cupcake city for the rest of the way. Teams that are 0-10, 2-8 in the MAC aren't even competing at this point. Them 4-5 Southern teams in the ICC, are fighting and playing for playoff berths. That's why IMO MU has a better conference schedule this year. I'm only saying this judged on this year ICC leagues and Mountain league teams.

It doesn't really matter who is better 4 thru 10 or 12 or whatever the top teams would do the same to 3 thru whatever in the ICC as they do to the 4 thru 8 in the Mountain. Yeah maybe Mo Valley is better than Huntingdon but does it really matter when u would beat them both by 4 TDs??? I'm saying MU doesn't play any good teams outside of A. Don't forget Tyrone and Central are also both playing a 1 loss Ridge team.

LOL - That's a good one. I don't think anyone from Ridge will be looking for a plaque if they go undefeated in PA.

Ridge plays all most all of their schedule vs. MAC teams. I'm not saying ridge isn't a great team, or they couldn't beat MU. My point is ICC is better than the MAC this year. So everything yall are saying about "beating a Trojan dead horse" is making no sense. You said Mt.Union doesn't play any good teams outside of A, but the AA teams they play are from the MAC. Which you just proved my point. So, thanks. You sound like someone who has a great point, and facts to back it up. Maybe someone who also believes in unicorns, mermaids and dragons.

ICC is not as good as the Mountain conference... I'm not sure where your getting that Bellwood is as good as Tyrone or Central. They are probably the 4th best team in D6 A. While Tyrone and Central are probably the top two teams in D6 AA followed by MU.
