Eric D'Carrion had maybe 20 yards rushing if that. McCormick had 2 big catches and Miller had a couple nice runs and one for a TD after breaking 3 or 4 tackles. D'Carrion was not a factor in this one.

I would just like to applaud the NBC Panther football team. This team was exactly that…a TEAM. You guys have given the Panther community something to be proud of. The good leadership and camaraderie amongst this group of players was obvious and pleasing to see. It’s been an exciting and enjoyable season, and I for one hated to see it come to an end.

the panthers could have capitalized on a few drives...that could have possibly won the game...but great job to Berlin on the Big WIN...and great hard hitting game to all the guys...

Something that caught my attention during the game was the last pass before NBC's pass to get the last touchdown. When the guy catching NBC's pass (sorry, I don't know names) was right there at the out of bounds line, he was clearly in. I was standing right where he caught the ball and saw it. So did everyone else standing right there beside me on the sidelines. The one ref. was also right where the pass was caught and saw that he was in. Then after he called it complete, the other ref. who was further away and probably had a bad angle seeing it, came over and argued with the ref. that called it complete. He kept saying there's no way he could have been in bounds. Now tell me, why would the ref. that was yards away try to call that play when the other ref. who was right there saw it and made the call himself. I just found this interesting.

He clearly had one foot in bounds before his other foot stepped out. Looked like a really good call. I thought the officials did a great job last night. they hashed it out and the Wr was rewarded the catch.

yes they passed the ball better than I thought that they would. NB stopped the run and the big play on the ground esp. for one or two big plays!! NB just didn't pass the ball that well when needed!!

Congrats to NBC on an excellent season. A great group of kids, and it's a shame that both teams can't advance. Also to Berlin for keeping their season alive. Good teams always find a way to win. Dcarrion didn't do anything in this game but give NBC great field position on dropped punts. Berlin's non-existant defense seemed to step it up pretty well though. This game could've ended up 48-12 (Berlin) as easily as it could've been 33-7 (NBC). Mental breakdowns and turnovers really make a difference. Good game.

What's the word on Rodland? I think that really hurt NBC when he left the game. I think he only played one play after the half and he completed a pass, then hobbled off the field. Is his injury going to effect him being able to play basketball?
