I didn't say that they didn't have the opportunity to beat Bedford, I think it's just dumb to play football on Saturday. Simple enough.

guess thats why you chose to forego that scholarship to miami?

HAHA, yea, that's it. Highschool football is to be played under the lights on Friday nights, that's all.

When I played, I LOVED playing Saturday night games at Roaring Spring. I HATE Saturday day games like they have at Westy. That seems like City League or something to me.

Saturday night games were good...alot of people would watch PSU during the day and then come to our games from our area. As a kid, it was a routine. Watch the PSU game. Go to my cousin's. Play football in the yard for a half hour. Leave for the game. Watch some of the ball game. Play football in the endzone. Sprint under the bleachers after a touchdown and hope for the big prize, a mini football.

Oh....to be a kid again.

EGeorge: You can be a mediocre team and still satisfy the requirements of having 30 consecutive winning seasons. After all, 5-4 is still a winning season. But to win 103 games in a ten year span, like FH did in the '90's; now that's an achievement. Especially when you consider that there are only 90 regularly scheduled games in that period of time. That's impressive.

It could happen, then again it could turn into an ugly mauling. CC has a very good chance though, not one team stands out in the LHAC this year, and I feel this year more than any other year one team could beat the another team on any given week in the top 5 teams of the LHAC. Bedford, Bishop McCort, Johnstown, Forest Hills and CC.

bc is def. better than jtown, fh, bedford, and cc...but i think mccort will standout from the rest of them this year...and again, bc is clearly the second best team in the conference

but seeing as ur a big, bad bedford fan, i can see why u would pick bedford over bc...and by the way, what happened to bedford in the playoffs last season???...theyre nothing without harris as qb...he single-handedly took over the mccort game(twice) on long option keeper runs
