Tonight’s scores - 10/27
Re: Tonight’s scores - 10/27
Yeah, I think this was just a small jab at the ability to "recruit". Don't look to much into it, just dismiss as the sarcasm it was meant to be. After all, we've never seen BG throw helmets.

All LV fans have no room to complain about the interference that happened at the PM/F game. Bad sportsmanship is at the heart of LV. Shameful.

Whether comment was a joke or not . The dislike for private schools is pretty apparent. Not saying private schools do or don't recruit. But we can't say that public schools don't either. All I know is , the coaches do a fantastic job at BG and the players work ethic is second to none in this region. It gets old hearing these KIDS get bashed.

I spokeep with a parent of a different player this morning. This is what he said is happening. Now keep in mind before you chastise me, it's what I was told. There is a meeting tomorrow with district 6 representatives. Pm is asking that he be allowed to call and apologize to the Ferndale player, and sit out the FIRST offensive SERIES!!!!!hornets69 wrote:Blueandwhite-any word on a suspension for #2 after that chickensh't move of his?
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever!!!

I think a personal 35 mile drive would be the only thing getting this kid near the field.

Im actually quite surprised he may even be sitting out a series!!! District 6 must be on their case thankfully.
Hopefully itll still be atleast 1 game and he should be looking to apologize no matter his punishment!

If this is acceptable, then what offense warrants suspension? I mean this was blatant attempt to injury player . Had nothing to do with the game.
Re: Tonight’s scores - 10/27
What this young man did is unacceptable...punishable? Absolutely. The real question will the PIAA now review all game films and suspend players from this point forward??? you do realize these things happen in a majority of games? Cheap shots, grabbing, biting, you name it. If you don’t think they do you have never played football. Some can be seen on video and some cannot. So the question is, will every tape be reviewed now? What about coaches that display poor conduct following games? It is also well documented that lv coach Roger Beteil told a player something absolutely unacceptable a year or 2 ago walking through the line following a game and never faced any type of discipline then had the guts to comment about this situation on his Twitter account... he still has the post up “glad no one tripped me” seriously?? Talk about a mature post.

I don’t know the young man or his history but what is distressing is the phrase repeat offender. If that is true we are doing a disservice to this young man by brushing it aside, making him run extra sprints or having him sit out one series.
