Yes, talks of 8 of the 10 Big 12 teams getting in. Oklahoma has been terrible of late and yet are still considered a lock even should they lose to the 9 seed OSU today.

Stallings is out as Pitt Head Coach.
Re: College Hoops
Greg Marshall, Chris Mack, and Hurley would be at the top of my wish list.

Re: College Hoops
Me too, Hurley seems like the only plausible one of those three, though.
Re: College Hoops
Who will they get and how long will his honeymoon last? Landon Loya did a good job recruiting talent to Penn Highlands CC.

Re: College Hoops
Next coach will get the standard 4 year grace period. I think Thad Matta, Danny Hurley will be the top candidates. But maybe a guy like Earl Grant will be involved.
With the current FBI probe, I think it's smart to get someone that's safe and clear of the issues there.

Re: College Hoops
Hurley would definitely be my top choice but I think when the season ends he's gonna have his choice of whatever opening he wants. Matta's health obviously is the biggest question mark with him. Ed Cooley from Providence would be another good one but word is he has zero interest in ever leaving PU and has a nice recruiting class coming in. Nate Oats from Buffalo and Mark Schmidt from St. Bonaventure are a couple other names I've seen mentioned. Schmidt was at RMU prior to joining the Bonnies.
Will it be one of the smaller school guys that has his team in the dance like Earl Grant from Charleston or the guy from Vermont.

As expected former players are once again pushing hard for Brandin Knight.
