I'm in Philadelphia at the moment (been here since game 2) and right now it seems like the whole city has given up on them, and it's absolutely hilarious. Hopefully the Pens can close it out tonight!!!

My favorite part of the whole series is the "Crosby Sucks" chant. They can't call out the Penguins because the series was 3-0 and is 3-1 now, so instead, they just try get into Sidney "Iron Skull" Crosby's head. Good luck philly :)

Once again I feel that the Pens gave up game 4 just so they could win in front of their home crowd.

Believe me Dwg, no one is 'toying' w/ anyone....the Pens nearly came back from a 3 goal deficit in 2 periods.....on the road...& did it look like they were toying w/ each other @ end of game?
And since you're into little proverbs/analogies there here's a lil' brief aphoristic fragment from Confucius: "Man who $hit in Hat wear Brown Derby"

absolutely no way the pens were "toying" with them, nor were they waiting to get back at home to close out the series. The pens want this series to be done as soon as possible to get ready for the finals.

thoughts on who they might be taking on in the finals?

Anyone think Dallas will make a comback?

I think the Red Wings will finish off Dallas tonight. And I still think the Pens threw both Game 4s. Why?

1. They absolutley dominated in their 4 wins.
2. Because its a business and they wanted the $$$$$$$$$$$.

Red wings are going to win either tonight or in the 7th game.

as far as the pens throwing the games... i think it's a load of bull. with a team like the flyers, if you can finish them off in four then that's exactly what you need to do. no need to be taking that extra physical stuff for a 5th game if you can avoid it... i honestly think you're digging pretty deep to say the pens threw both game 4's. You never want to take anything for granted in this league and to throw a playoff game is absolutely ubsurd even to think about.

There is no way the Penguins "threw" the game four's if you are saying "throw" as in lose on purpose. However, I would not deny that they were unprepared and seemed to have not really cared in game four's but there is no way they threw them.
