First time in a long time I've seen this team play with some passion. Blow a two goal lead... back against the wall with 4 mins of 4 on 3 action. The normal MO for this team would have been to roll over and play dead and give up a PP goal. Huge effort from guys like Winnik and Lapierre and Scuderi in OT.

I love what Winnik brings to the table night in and night out. Teams that are successful in the playoffs have to have guys like him.

The Pens are without Malkin, Letang and Ehrhoff. They are playing down a player. The defense is gassed. They will be in the playoffs and the Flyers have the big E next to em in the standings already.

The goal in the NHL is to make the playoffs and then win the Cup. Keep getting a hardon for beating one team.
