Re: Hilltopper's New Coach??
Any word from anyone on applicants. I heard Bishop Carrolls coach was thinking about applying and that Ryan Durham did submit an application. I really hope they give Ryan an interview and a chance. I think he would make a very good coach even though he is young. I know he was well liked and respected by the Johnstown players and parents and talking to some of them surprisingly they would have preferred him over Coach Roman.

..... WH is a basketball school with a football problem.
CORRECTION:

Re: Hilltopper's New Coach??
I stand corrected, Fly Guy!
WH should go after BC's bball coach-- he took a mediocre team to the second round of states, and is a truly good man and coach.
I would sincerely hope that WH doesn't interview Durham-- I've heard way more negative things about him than positive. Staying at JHS as Assistant 8th grade Coach would probably suit him best.
Coach Crisafulli would be a good default candidate.
There is alot of talent for the next several years at WH, so whoever gets hired should be successful if the chemistry is right. We'll see, I guess.

Crisafulli's name came up in conversation just last night, and all things said about him were all positive. I don't know the man, but he sounds like a very reputable coach and a good communicator with young adults.

I've never seen Westmont's Basketball team take their ball and go home, like the wrestling team did at duals.

Re: Hilltopper's New Coach??
Any news on who will be hired, or who will be granted interviews?
Re: Hilltopper's New Coach??
Maybe they have to be hired as a teacher first???
I have to say thank you to me ..." for not being stupid enough to go to Penn State."
