Heck, the way single A is set up you could get a bye, win one game and lose in the semis and consolation game and still make states... So I wouldnt take that so highly...

Let's put this in perspective: Harmony is the smallest school district in the state. Not one of the smallest. THE smallest. Number 501 out of 501. They have a male enrollment of 53, that's 5-3, total. In that context, what they have done with their basketball program there is nothing short of amazing. For a school with 53 kids to even be on the same court with Wilkinsburg in an interdistrict game, let alone play them tough, is almost unfathomable. I'd propose that if you sent Coach K to Westover he couldn't do any better. And Priester, save your talking for on the court.

its one thing if harmony is winning conference title year after year and not doing anything in districts and states. but thats not the case.

harmony's success in boys bball given their enrollment, is much more impressive than, say central cambria's success and, probably on par with westmont's, if not more impressive.

i dont think that many of the lhac supporters understand that, yes, you can think so lowly of other leagues, but in the whole state, your league is nothing compared with better leagues. does that mean the lhac doesn't matter? of course not. in the end, it is all about playoff success. and for being such a small school, harmony has enough to deserve a lot of respect.

bg looks to be loaded and the favorite to avenge last season's disappointment. not for sure about bc. homer-center might be one to watch. it looks like harmony will be one of the better D6A teams again.

I had the opportunity to see the Harmony Owls play some excellent teams recently. The Seniors and Sophmores on this team will be able to move them into states again. I try to avoid early predictions, but jot this one down.

My God, not only do LHAC fans think they have the best football conference, but they have the best basketball conference as well.

Is this never ending or what?
