How many times do I have to say that my professors have nothing to do with this? You guys are only about 45 minutes away from where I attend, so if you'd like to come visit feel free. Maybe you should even enroll. You would actually see and work with an African-American. You wouldn't refer to them the way you do, if you actually respected their race. I'm not misinformed or misguided. I have seen exactly what has happened the last 8 years and would prefer to not have 8 more of the same.

I have twice the Black (African American) friends you do chucklehead. Sitting beside some blacks (African Americans) in class of the dining hall really doesn't make them friends does it. Staying at their house or bringing them to your house for the weekend from college because they were from Montreal and the Dominican Repbublic and Loretto was driving them crazy after BB-ball season that's what I consider friends. Leaving my room key with Blacks (African Americans) friends sot they could watch TV in my room over the weekend because they didn't have one. I have good friends who are black (African American) for over 25 years and I'm only 36! How about you. Not many Blacks (African Americans) in Sidman, or Lilly is there. That's a pretty broad brush you're painting there. I refuse to defend myself to you over such comments. As Southpaw said, we're Republicans so by default I guess we're racists. Nice.

As I said earlier in another post, when you aren't able to defend your position, you change the topic and hit the typical liberal one-liners. Stick with the topic or get out of the thread.

southpaw, I am undecided on voting this year. I have applied for an absentee ballot as I will not be around the area on the day to vote. As far as Murtha goes, the way you guys talking about him, it definitely sounds like it is time for him to go. I would have to do more research on him to give you a definitive answer, but the guy doesn't sound too good from what you guys tell me.

He isn't any better of worse than our congressman Bill (Bud Jr.) Shuster. They are the reason we need term limits in Congress.

My 1-2-3 plan is simple. 1 term for Senators (6 years is long enough!), 2 terms for the President (have this already), and 3 terms for the house of representatives.
