I agree wholeheartedly, I wish we were still AA. But thats not my decision.

And qbcoach thanks for the help.

Richland 31 PO 21

Rizzo and the big richland line too much for a decently small PO team to handle. bad coaching on richlands part keeps PO in the game

Tyrone 28 PC 21

PC wins the physical battle, fuller/behe/lawhead run for over 200. Tyrone however easily passes on PC. could easily put up over 30

JD.....qbcoach gave a good post as to how to get to the game from the back way in. That's the way I would go if I were you, less traffic this way. Most everyone takes the front way in, so you should be able to get in and out easier.

I've been to Bellwood twice for a game and never had too much trouble traffic wise. But thanks for the info on the back way.

Thanks Cat.

Is it me or did the tribune democrat's sport section used to balloon throughout the week? I remember articles that had interviews with both coaches offering insight to their game plan and expectations of the game that build enthusiasm as the week marched toward Friday?

I swear you'd find game previews on Tuesday now you barely get a write up stating the teams records, some stats, and a interview from a coach saying, "Boy, it will be a tough one, but we'll give it our best." or something similar on Thursdays....

DWG

No your correct, I remember back in my playing days when there would be reporters at practice on Monday and Tuesday talking to coaches and players. Newspaper and TV.

Coundn't agree with you more. If you ever get the chance pickup the Indiana paper. It has twice the sports page of theT-D. Also, The Altoona Mirror also carries a lot more high school sports and they will cover Jr. High games. The kids at that age love to see there name in the paper.
