So what is up with this RB from Camp Hill? I heard he is from Africa and doesn't have a Birth Certificate but they were able to verify his age through a dental exam? I also heard he was a beast?
Can anyone verify?

For what it is worth:
The best physical method would definitely be the teeth..that's how examiners determine the age of bodies that are found....the teeth will tell the age!! It is extremely accurate. I believe they use the molars in the back of the mouth.... they observe their development and based on the outcome they can tell you the age of someone, they can also tell someone's race.

For what it's worth, I live in Camp Hill. Not all that close to family, but know them to say hello. Bill is a 10th grader 5'5" about 170, very fast. Stories of his age being wrong are extremely exaggerated.
From a news article several years ago "Bill was 5 1/2 years-old at the time of his adoption, He was rescued from the nation's civil wars. In Liberia, the birth registration rate among children under 5 was estimated to be about 5% in 2007 -- the second-lowest in the world, according to one report. Bill Williams' birth certificate, prepared for his adoption, says he was born in February 1999."
So as he was 5 when adopted. based on dental records as stated above. His age as determined by Dr's in Liberia may be off a year in one direction or the other. but there is no way he is 20 or what some of the mid penn opponents fans have claimed. And I don't think the Liberian Dr's fixed a 5 year olds birth certificate so he could play football in America and get an advantage.

@ camphillguy it is sad that we still have to deal with stud like this. Im dont really want to get into to this on a sports board but I bet if he was 5'5 170 and white nobody would be saying he is 20.

He definitly has some wheels on him. Great vision and breakaway speed for sure.
