To clarify my post.  Not every person that I've run into from there, (whether in person or on this site) is arrogant or pompus. But the overall majority; yes, most people I've met from there are very arrogant.  I was at the game last Friday, and over heard some guy in line at the consession stand (which by the way, Berlin's may top just about every school's around) say, "I don't know why these boys even practice.  It doesn't matter who we play we will win. No one stands a chance to beat us.  Our only tough game will be when we play Clairton.  Heck we will beat Portage by 30 tonight."
Granted, they are very successful as of late.  But as in any small single A program, eventually that success will be on a downhill slope, and when it is, I doubt many coaches will forget the 60 points the "mountain men" put up on them.  I know I wouldn't.
peytonsaturday you must just be a sour mustang.  Gary is infamous for pounding the weak or anyone he can.  Do you think North Star will remember the 75 your Mustangs put on them???? Or the 66 you put on Ferndale???  How about the 61 you put on Windber and Blacklick???  A MUCH better Berlin team only went over 60 twice this year.  What does that say????   The last thing any Mustang fan should EVER do is talk about getting the score run up on them.......
Sorry pal, not a Mustang fan.  I live in Revloc (Ebensburg) and have no horse in any race, as I've stated several times here.  I have no family playing, and I moved here after meeting my wife in college at WVU.  She's originally from here.  We then moved to NC for a few years for my work, and moved back in April 2013.  I went to Frankfort HS in WV.  Is there anything else you'd like to know about me?  I'm a Leo if that help?

Well, other than a mustang fan, the only other possibility would be a fan that has no idea of Gary Gouses' history. So sorry, my bad.  I guess assuming you were aware of Portage scores this year was my mistake. I bet you understand WV high school football history better than you do pa.  Maybe your opinions would make more sense on a WV chat board.

Also, if you could please kid (Assuming you're under the age of 25) where exactly did I defend Gary Gouse?  Don't worry I'll wait.

I've never been there.  Worth the trip alone?  Because Berlin has a darn good one that's for sure.

I remember years back Berlin and Rochester played a PIAA playoff game at Trojan Stadium. While I didn't have any individual encounters with specific fans, I was very impressed with the crowd they brought. Their backing filled the home side of the field. Pretty awesome for a Class A school... is the following still that enthusiastic?

Yes, whenever Portage came to town it was standing room only.
