Matt Grohal is a man of character, discipline, and accountability. He has served his community and his football program for over 30 years. The incident in question was a one day incident. It was not an initiation, season long problem, or anything he would ever tolerate in his football program. It is a shame that nobody from the Windber community has come to support or defend this man's honor. The world needs more people like Matt Grohal.

+1 for Matt Grohal. Know the family, been an acquaintance for 30+ years. I say he knew nothing of this whole affair. Ask Ken Salem what it's like to be a scapegoat.

I’m sure there are people who want to, but it’s hard when everybody has been left in the dark as to what happened and why he’s been suspended for 2 weeks. If he truly didnt know, then why the absence? Could you imagine people going to bat for him and then finding out he did know about it? So until we know all the details, it’s probably best that we just wait to see how it unfolds and not say anything

2 week suspension is not a big deal when others are trying to get all the facts as to the case. Pretty much standard. Police are frequently suspended while a case is being investigated. Or placed on "administrative leave" or desk duty.

just joking, but thought since that is the #1 reason Matt Rhule is getting so much media, would throw it out
