As I said Cole would have to get by Boyer first. I am assuming they will be the 2 and 3 seeds. That will be a tough one there. I just think he has a shot if he gets to the finals. I may be looking through my blue shades but anyone who was at the Bed-CR match knows the mat could have been slapped just as easily in Bedfords favor as it was in CR's. If it had been, maybe I don't sound so crazy.

That new car smell has you delirious, left-eye.

You ought to know better than to compare matches against other opponents. Best indicator is head to head........Howsare won by pin and experience.........Howsare is a senior.

True!! You are right can't compare that really well. But anyway. I think everyone thinks I am saying Cole is going to go out and give him the Whetstone treatment. Which I am not. I said IF Cole gets there he has a shot. I think in there previous match Howsare recorded a defensive pin. The score was 5-0 at that time. So what I am getting at is Howsare wasn't what I would call trouncing the young soph. Cole tends to get caught and pinned in alot of his losses. If he wrestles smart he is in most all of his matches though.

If I remember right Schabley caught Howsare in a five point move and Howsare ended up with the pin. Howsare is a pinner and I think that why you saw the takedown clinic from Whetstone to not give Howsare a chance to throw a pinning combination.

You are right he did get caught by Cole and Whetstone wrestled very smart against him. But look at it like this. You have a better than average wrestler going up against a good wrestler. The better than average has already caught and alost pinned the good once. The good wrestler just got tech falled in 3:53. Howsare is beatable. If Howsare and Cole wrestle 10 times Howsare prolly wins 7 or 8. I am just picking cole a districts.

Good point but then by that same philosophy why don't you say that Miller will beat Nave at 171? Miller is a pinner like Howsare.

Well Nave is undefeated and Howsare is not for one. Nave has been totally dominate. I don't think Nave would get tech falled in 2 periods. On the same note I think Miller is capable of beating anyone with his throws. He could pin Nave. I just don't see anyone beating Nave at this point in the season. He will collect his first loss at Regionals.

Certainly Howsare is beatable...by a possible state champ, college ready wrestler. I'm not overly impressed with Howsare, but I don't think that Schnably will beat him. However, Lefteye, I liked the underdog prediction. You can't go with the obvious everywhere.
