just because i dident train for a beford 5k race dosent mean i wont train for track season i was training hard in the summer for usatf track and i got stress fractures so i had to take care of them and i ran to see how they would hold up

Well, lets get back on topic. In District 6 look for Travis Dean from Westmont, Shane Simmons and Zach Seymour from CC, Stephen Tucker from Richland, and Jim Spisak and Michael Garver from McCort. District 5, look for as you said, Zach Hart from Northern Bedford. Does CR or Bedford have any good 3200 runners? Isn't there a kid from Shade who is a good 1600/3200 runner too?

shade has a good 1600 kid and another that is a good 3200 meter runnner

bedford has a good 3200 meter runner in trevor clark
but look for isaac goodin to be a threat from bedford too this year.

zach hart will be a good runner if he goes out and i think he will be going out for track
but right now he has wrestling to worry about

what about the bollman kid form beford he placed 3ed or 4th last year

Bollman's pretty good. I ran against him a few times my senior year (think he was a soph then) and he was hitting at about 10:40 at the end of the year.

yup your right there flea because bollman got 4th in 10:38 when nick jones from my school got 5th in 10:40
