HR I hope you dont think that the ref was the reason for the draw. In two matches the US has yet to score a goal and conceded 4. Yea thats right, the Itailians scored against themselves. So even though the scoreline shows that the US scored, an American has yet to find the back of the net. USA! USA!

well....here's what i have to say about the USA vs. Italy thing... first red card against italy, yes it was deserving of a red card. the first red card against the USA was just a horrible call, it was a yellow at most. the red card against pope, i really think that it wasn't that bad of a call. pope had one yellow already, at that point you should probably not be tackling in the position that he was in because you should be careful because of the first yellow. i don't think USA got "screwed" by the ref, they were fortunate to even get the goal in the first place...they shouldn't be complaining. it's still a long way for USA to make it to the next round. they have to beat ghana and still that doesn't clinch it as they have to hope that italy beats the czech. if i was a betting man, i wouldn't put money on the americans

Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.
