hey umm guys there is a huge diff between lifting with a power suit on and lifting raw and those guys who did the big squats had on suits.....that gives a huge increase in your bench, squat and deadlift...now if any of you want to come to the weight room for a day and lift with me and see what i can do ...just stop down the jhs wieght room you'll be sure to find me there every day till five....and oh yea liftin at power meets is way diff than lifting a your local gym...there are certain tech. that you have to use .... and not to put anyone down but the guy who did 600 on the squat was above parallel....so once again...jhs weight room from 2:35-5:00 if u want come join me for a lift...and oh yea like i said just come and watch big dave he's gonna be big.....and numbers are not overated a certified weight trainer did our maxout day ......thanks once again

Are you saying if you had a squat suit on you would of done 315? if anything a suit makes it harder to go low. just admit that you misspoke and dont have a 650+ squat and 450+ bench. there is a difference of getting close but not quite there because you didnt have a suit. maybe your certified weight trainer should of explained to you how it was done before you went and looked foolish...

How true. People are always going to hate...and look to bring you down. If you lower yourself to that, you are setting yourself up for whatever comes your way.

Just a thought T-58...what does it really matter what you squat, lift, how fast you drive your car....W/E.

You are going to be judged on your success at the college level...period. Instead of wasting your time arguing with idiots on bleachercoaches, take the criticism, learn from it, and go out and have a successful career.

If you can't take people saying things about you from time to time, you are going to struggle playing college football, and in life in general.
And the last thing I must tell you...NEVER QUIT!
