Can't wait to see Depth Chart Justice at work. Since his playing time is limited, I expect a suspension. yeah, just like Navorro "Afro Man" Bowman...

Depth Chart Justice is yet another positive aspect of that master plan and scheme referred to as "THE GRAND EXPERIMENT."
Jonathan Baldwin was arrested for indecent assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct before the season started.......no suspension. Bowman actually was suspended and served probation.

There's a laundry list of other players arrested/cited on the Pitt football team: some players have gotten suspended, some kicked off the team, and some get swept under the rug. I guess because Baldwin is a stud WR then its no big deal for Wanny.

Another prime example of the typical Pitt fan though: Copy and paste on BC's all the off field incidents from PSU over the past 10 years and ignore whats going on at your own school........

This stuff happens at every school.....even PITT!

So you've got 4 games on ABC/ESPN. Let's take a closer look.

Pitt-UConn is on a Saturday. A legitimate ABC time slot.

Pitt WVU is on a Friday night. What else is ESPN or ABC going to show on the Friday after Thanksgiving? I guess they could show a re-run of the Turkey Day parades, but WVU is considered a rivalry game so they might as well show the Pitt-WVU pillow fight.

Let's not kid ourselves that Pitt is the reason that the game vs. Notre Dame is on national t.v. ND has it's own broadcasting channel. ALL of ND's games are on national t.v. Even when they play teams like Nevada.

Pitt-Cincinnatti is also on Saturday. But how many other teams play this late into the year? There are 9 games that day not counting the Pitt game. 3 games are still Big lEast games. How or why can a conference with only 8 teams in it stretch it's season that long? I'll tell you why, it's a way to force the likes of ESPN to have to show their games. Some other match-ups look like this. San Jose State @ Louisiana Tech, Florida Atlantic vs Florida International, Wisconsin vs. Hawaii. Who else are they gonna choose. Cincinnati is gonna be the Big lEast's only shining star. They were forced to show this game on a good channel.

So after further review, Pitt's t.v. schedule is set up so that ESPN MUST show them. One game this year was already a Friday night game. The game @ Rutgers is also played on a Friday night. So I bet they'll be on ESPN2 that night by default.

Show me where these marquee match-ups are again?

hahahaha you got issues my friend. Thanks for reminding me that we have a 5th National TV game.

Note our two friday night games are on the road...we didnt schedule them
So if there is a problem with WVU and Pitt playing on a friday i gues you would have to criticize Missouri and Nebraska as well and at least we have a rivalry game......
Pitt-ND is on tv because we scheduled a non conference game with a pulse.
Pitt vs. Cincinnati is on tv because the two preseason favorites in the league are supposed to be playing for the league title

youre arguments were very compelling and almost made sense too

Great role model to reference for UPS......this dude tested positive for pot, WHILE ON PROBATION, and did not do his community service this summer 'cause he couldn't find Bellefonte

How many times do we have to point out that Alabama (the 3rd ranked team in the country) backed out of a game with us?

So Pitt will be playing for the International Bowl bid (against a MAC team) and Cincy will be using it as an Orange Bowl tune-up. Great matchup.

Never said anything about a role model or what he did was right, but OK...Bowman was referenced in a previous post and the same thing happened in the Baldwin case (both getting into trouble off the field). The point is that this stuff happens at every college, even Pitt.
As for Bowman, I know he recently lost his father and his high school coach...two men I'm sure he looks up to very much. Maybe he didn't complete all of his community service and made some mistakes because he has some other things on his mind right now?...give the kid a break. I commend him for keeping up his grades and being able to still perform on the field because I know how hard it is to lose someone close.
Way to show a picture though...I think I laughed the first time you put it on here.
