Didn;t CC win the AA Jordan Miller's senior year? Other than that, I'm not sure.

Wasn't that his only one and that's with that great 95/96 team.

CC lost to Cambria Heights in the district final in Miller's senior year. They won it the year before with Gowen, the Holsingers, McGregor, along with Miller.

How can the kid from BC make 4 moves in 4 years and yet the kid from McCort tries to go to GCC and is denied? I'm confused!

IMHO, higher profile players don't get the principal-to-principal sign off/approval quite as easily as others.

I can certainly see why Hipp (a pretty solid player with a proven track record, who was ultimately ruled eligible by the PIAA) didn't get it going from BM to GCC, but it's my understanding that the BC kid hasn't played basketball since his 8th or frosh year. It would be pretty darn difficult to prove athletic intent if the kid hasn't played basketball in awhile.

He played all of last season, average 9 and 8 as a sophomore. The only year he didn't play was his freshman season. And before his freshman season, he went to summer league games with Carroll.

BC must be prepping their roster to play LP who themselves are quite tall :)

I'd personally rather take my chances playing BC with a Holsinger than the lefty 6' 2" sharp shooter they had last year who graduated, Cant remember his name. He provided a lot of scoring and boards for them as well as some pretty good D. If I'm playing them, I'm taking my chances limiting martinazzi and lee, and make the rest of them beat you.

I'd mix defenses vs. BC. Some 23 zone, some soft half and 3/4 court pressure.

It's obvious that Martinazzi makes them go. I'd also rotate my best 2-3 athletes (preferably with some length, because from what I saw, Martinazzi is 5'8" at best) on him, body him up and try to run him all over the gym when in m2m. He is a very good local HS player.

BC is a very very good class A team. Will be tough to beat.

The 6'2"", lefty sharpshooter? Also a CC transfer his junior year!
