i hate when coaches did that, made you "condition" too much. yea you need to be in shape but i'd rather start doing technical work too. i never minded later practices but getting out early was always a plus. hope you guys can get some vaults in before the rain hits again

Yeah, the Bedford girls over condition every year. I can understand for those who run all running events. But with girls who jump and pole vault, they are getting screwed out of events. Today was the first day the girls got their jumping run thrus.

Yeah, I've heard how much conditioning you guys do, it's craziness. I agree, jumpers shouldnt have to do so much conditioning, and honestly, I dont think sprinters should be doin that much either. Sprinters definitely need to condition, dont get me wrong, but they should be working out building up their legs and arms instead. Thats just my opinion.

i see where the coaches are coming from with all the conditioning. They don't like lazy peeple who just sit there and do nothing.

plus somebody has to defend the coaches

but running all the time is insane...i mean yeah, its ok to run sometimes, but they could at least be doin sprints so that they can be faster, running as far as they do only helps out ppl who run distance

besides stewart....what would you know about running, your a frower
