Fightonstate.com receives their ranking from Scout.com, who holds combines similar to Rivals.
Scout.com has had Bostick as a 5 star recruit since January. Scout.com held their combine in February in Pittsburgh, and Bostick did attend. Rivals.com just held their "Local" combine at Penn State last weekend, people who attended told me Bostick was not there.

You may be talking about the Nike combine in State College that was held last weekend.
I believe that Bostick was at the Elite 11 Camp at that time.
