Just when you think enzo might be maturing he pulls the same crap.

I am a heritage fan but guess how many district titles we won this year in football? It might be the only conference locally with a 0 in that collumn.

That’s right! It was Everett I was thinking of, which had a a close game with Meyersdale.
And JV beat BG who blew Homer Center out.... anyway... the underlining point I was hinting at is this: I get sick of coming onto this board and seeing people trash the ICC like it’s some second rate conference. The ICC was very competitive this season and had some very good teams. Far far better than the Westpac and , in my open, better overall than the Heritage. And I mean no disrespect to the Heritage... it is also a good conference...I just don’t but that it’s clearly superior because it isn’t any better. And before all the Heritage lovers rip me for this... I am aware that Ligonier Valley is the best team overall in the three conferences I mentioned... that’s one team... I am speaking conferences as a whole....
The ICC has Bellwood. Don’t go saying the ICC is far better than the WestPAC. How many D5 titles does the ICC have over the years? NBC is usually near the top of the pack and they’ve had one title in 20 years. Tussey has had 2? And I don’t know when Everett’s last one was. Bellwood is the only ICC team that is year in and year out better than the rest, but the rest of the ICC conference is on no different than the WestPAC. In D6 playoffs the WestPAC has done well against the ICC in recent years. No reason to spew crap on other conferences, especially this year when literally every game was close in D6 playoffs but one. You’re sick of people treating your conference bad? Try stepping back and look at your post. Nobody gets bashed like the “WeakPac” does. My point to the comparing the games was just how every week was a toss up and you couldn’t pick a game based on who beat who because that team was always getting beat by the next team...end of rant

Ok...I agree with you to an extent. I intended no disrespect to the Westpac. Just speaking of THIS year I think it’s fair to say they had a down year based on the crossover with the Heritage. But you are correct....normally very competitive teams. My entire point was simply that the ICC is the same as the Westpac and heritage...that’s all I was trying to get across. Seems like all year on this site everyone considered the ICC a distance third between the three....I just wanted to say that’s not accurate. Don’t read anything further into it...

Okay, we’ve had a disconnect. All good. Yes this year, it was anybody’s. We could play that all again and I wouldn’t be surprised if someone else won. Which was awesome. Every game was worth watching.

Not defending Enzo at all, but Silk has been playing with a nagging leg injury. If you watched any of their games earlier in the year he was their kicker, punter, and best OLB. He didn't play 1 defensive snap. And United sure could have used him kicking extra points in that game too. But injuries happen, all in all it was a good Single A game, Zinobile was the best athlete on the field and made plays all night. Rb #12 ran hard too, and JV made the plays when needed. Good luck in the next round and bring home a "W" for district 6.
