I will say that the level of officiating has gone down recently. I think sometimes the officials (at all levels) try to be part of the game when the best ones you don’t notice are on the field/court.

All I want to see is the calls being consistent. I think all players/coaches/fans want that.

Sometimes I think parents think that if my kids makes a bad play that will impact their confidence or likelihood of a scholarship. But I try to teach my kids to not allow one bad play impact the next play. Also, I have NEVER seen a call be changed because you or someone else screamed at an official.

This past weekends' 2 NFL games show that top level officials can miss obvious calls that everyone else sees.

Yeah, there are two sets of parents that really do a good job making us look bad.  Most of us try to avoid sitting too close...but what can we do?

I’m curious if those two sets of parents are from junior high games or varsity level. Just so I can prepare myself if I attend another varsity CH game. From the other CH varsity games I attended. They’re pretty much the same from other schools yelling at the refs in my opinion.
