An overview of the PSU Roster in my opinion...

"We weren't very fast either" is Paterno's REPLY to the recruit saying, "No brothers". Just read what's written. Plain as day. Paterno is equating black American's with running fast! Profiling perhaps?? Stereotyping? This didn't help Jimmy the Greek did it?

find me a white guy that wins the 100m or 200m dash at the olympics. find me a white guy that wins the boston or new york marathons.
face it, 999 times out of 1000 a black man will be faster than a white man. its not stereotyping when its a fact.

very true Gunner but football is different than just plain old speed, but it does help if you don't play smart!! How many white WR or DB do you see in a game???

everything turns into race now...
I get so sick of hearing it...BIRD this and BIRD that the other week. Well, what did they think he'd say? Listen to the questions that Jim Gray posed to him.
I heard something today that was classic in terms of race...
A college coach was contacting Tyrone players about football, just to get some information about them. This was told to me by a baseball player playing AAABA baseball with this guy. The guy said the coach talked to him bluntly asked if he was a black athlete. The kid said no, and the coach pretty much ended the discussion. Take it with a grain of salt since it comes from 18 year olds that could talk themselves up or something, but I believe what this little story I was told today.

Some look for many different things and try to get the best. Football and Basketball like the black athlete and for good reason most of the time. They have natural talents that white people don't. Just have to work hard and get yourself better that way then blacks do. Ask me about that and I can tell you but most of you are too dumb to make sense with or pay attention to anything a person that knows info. Too Bullheaded, you should be glad that a person of my status comes on this site and post. Right??
