The Nightmare Continues

Wolverine2, I am not being biased, because I believe that ALL media is biased. I am only interested in Fox News in this instance because LP and southpaw don't seem to think they are biased. I know that CNN, NBC, and other sources of news are biased. In fact, I believe that for the most part, ALL news media is biased. How am I being biased in that accessment?

I'm still kicking...FF Fox News at least hasn't aired forged document to hijack a presidential election. Fox News didn't write a bogus story about degrading the holy book of Islam to inflame the muslims to kill innocent people. But keep hoping that Fox is "hiding" their bias or covering it up. Take that page out of the Dan Rather playbook and run it every time.

But there's hope. Your use of "at least" in your last post is what I consider a major concession. "At least" leads to "possibly" and then "absolutely." Next thing you know you start listening to "Air America" and reading "the New York Times" and before long there's a bunch of little Southpaw Democrats running all over the mountain.

Speaking of the NYT, their Sunday magazine section ran a fairly positive cover story on Rick the Sanctified Santorum. Go figger.

Foggy at least you and I can agree that all news in biased to some extent. Fox and Drudge are right-center which by the way is where most Americans are! Why do you think their rating are so high! The Big Three and CNN are left-center. NYT and their cohorts are way left on the fringe!

flybynight- I re-read your last comment. I heard on the news yesterday that a (I'm sure unbiased) Poll showed a 61% disapproval for President Bush in his handling of the Middle East war. As time goes on, I'm sure it's going to get even greater, because he has stated time and again, we will not just pull up and leave because some people think we should. Many people even a few on these boards think that success or failure in a war zone is determined by the "body count". If that were the standard by how a war is deemed successful or not, then the War between the States, our Civil War, and World War II were the two biggest debacles in the history of the world. Yet nobody complains about them anymore. Everyone involved from a historical viewpoint thinks what happened had to happen, and life goes on. Yet the mainstream media, the CNN's, CBS, NBC, ABC, PMSNBC, etc, all are constantly bashing Bush. And so it goes.

i also agree that there is no way we can just pull out and leave, we did that in vietnam and look what happened... we thought the south vietnam could handle it with our weapons, but history shows that they couldnt...and pale, i noticed you did not mention FOX, lol
