Surely that phrase doesn't apply to 2 NB Panthers who have played Div I Ball the last 10+/- years, does it? I am under the impression and belief that they earned it and deserved it. Just like TM in Fri. night's victory. If you're not around to see the NB-TM game than those are the things that don't need posted all the time.

Just enjoy winning because it does not happen very often! I will give you credit for beating NB though after getting smacked earlier in the year! Hollywood, no it's not. TM won the D5 championship in 85 or 86.

We truely understand the blind squirrel thing. If I remember right NBC beat TM in basketball a couple times in the last 15 or so years so I guess that blind squirrel comment does apply.

The panthers have done well in football over the years, The Titans have been the powerhouse in basketball with the exception of a few years and that has been both boys and girls ball, mind ya. Even schools like Bishop Guilfoyle that recruit shudder when they have to travel to Saxton. Keep your head high soldier.

It was a great football game. Both teams played very well. It was not a fluke win for TM. Both teams played hard. TM made a couple more big plays. There should not be anyone hanging their heads. Now that's easier for me to say being on the winning side.

and no i dont wanna hear that bs about how the ones they lost were squekers...do you think bedford deserved to get a number 2 ranking becuase they BARELY LOST to westmont? NO! and neither did district 6, therefore they got the number 4 seed. end of story
