Nope, it's not the decision of being gay, it's the decision of actually deciding to live your life and be who you are out in the open.

Yes, my decision to be straight was a life altering decision that forever changed who I was. After carefully weighing whether I should go out with boys or girls, I decided I should go out with girls because it is normal and accepted by society for boys to go out with girls, and not with other boys, and because I would be looked down upon, discriminated against, and possibly the victim of hate crimes (RIP Matthew Shephard) if I decided I would be sexually attracted to boys instead of girls. Those homosexual people sure are weird to choose a life where they will be discriminated against, looked down upon, and at higher risk for hate crimes, when they could have a much easier life if they'd made the proper choice.

Ok, now that I'm done being sarcastic: IT IS NOT A CHOICE, A PERSON IS BORN THAT WAY! Besides, if it is a choice, why do so many gay people who, upon discovering that they are gay in their pre teen to early teenage years, pray to God to make them straight? It apparently didn't work.

So here's a question I want you to answer: When did you decide you were going to be straight?

If you are born that way, it makes what Rene Portland did all that more serious!!!!

Pittsburgh Post Gazette Thursday April 27: Students marched on Penn State University's president's office today demanding the dismissal of women's basketball coach Rene Portland. The group demanded changes in the way the university responds to issues involving gay people and other minorities. They started with a 15 minute rally at the student center, then marched on the administation building. Many of the women demonstrators held hands during the demonstration as a sign of solidarity. After the rally, many were seen still holding hands. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

It is a choice

I made my choice to think you are all idiots except about 5 of you.

Rene Portland should be fired immediately. A 15 minute rally??? What if I have to go to the bathroom, you miss the whole thing!!! Gotta be a little more persistent, dudez.

Wow, 30 students at Penn State rallied.

http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/06117/685512-143.stm

Now let's do that divison so even a Pitt Ph.D. can figure it out.

According to US News, PSU has an undergraduate enrollment of 34,824.

http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/colleg ... _brief.php

30 / 34,824 = .00086

Wow. A whole massive .00086% of the student body turned out on a 70 degree day to demand the resignation of Portland.

Now I understand that .00086% is far greater a percentage then Pitt's BCS bowl winning percentage, but to suggest it is somehow a significant event is a bit of a stretch.

.00086 is also the exact amount of effort that Ace Knucklehead of Pitt, Paul Rhoads, put into the gameplans of both Utah and West Virginia. Somebody cue that Benny Hill theme for me.

Isn't it funny how Jeff Long named the following people as possible successors to Walt "Ladies Man" Harris:

- Bo Pellini
- Dave Wannstedt
- TOM BRADLEY

GASP!!!! Yes, Tom Bradley's name was mentioned in the sewer that is Jeff Long's AD office. Funny how all those guys are defensive minds, except for Wanny, who as we know has no mind at all, and just a lengthy list of failure coupled with a speech impediment. Hey, just ask Double H or that jabroni v-man... Pitt found their guy. Now if they can just be tacklin' good, maybe they can beat Ohio.

I think more kids turned out for the greenpeace rally than for the anti-portland one. PSU burns too many fossil fuels to keep the classrooms and dorms warm at night. Let the kids freeze and then have to pay $50 bucks for a $10 dollar blanket at Walmart.
