Obvious typo, comment still stands. Of course that's the only thing you could find to comment on though. Idk why all the hate on the conference I have no problem with the other two but imo the Westpac is better, but if a Heritage team is better like LV was vs Windber or PM against whoever they played, I can admit it.
Take this comment from a WestPac fan for what it's worth. LV was the best team I've seen(live) so far this year...that includes Portage. That pains me to say it but that's the conclussion that I have come to at this point. I haven't seen Berlin yet, but I'm guessing they will be the WestPac champion but they will need to be quite impressive when they play Windber to even have a chance for me to say they are better than LV. I also haven't seen PM play yet either but considering they beat LV, they must be pretty dang good.

Well Ligonier is a AA team as well. Other than them and Penns Manor their really isn't anyone I would be afraid of from that conference.

I'm not saying portage is going to be blown out or should be afraid. They will just lose in close games that's all

Although I LOVE the confidence, like I said in a previous post. We've gotten this far being HUMBLE and just handling it game by game. Don't let ONE WIN(although a good whoopin in a rivalry game) be start of the chest thumping about how good we are. Northern Cambria, Blairsville and Homer Center are all very competitive opponents to not take lightly AT ALL. The last 2 we will get to see face to face so don't get overconfident.

Don't think there are sour grapes here because Portage put a whoopin on my team. I'm just being honest with my comments and opinions is all. I would love to see Portage win the d-6 title as well. that would give the westpac some credibility..

It's going to be a really interesting end to the season in both classes. Class A is going to be especially fun. Bishop McCort, Glendale, Homer Center, and Northern Cambria all have at least 2 tough games left. Blacklick Valley has a really easy schedule, but they may not even make it in with a 7-3 record because the teams that I mentioned that could finish 6-4 have pretty decent point leads on them. Moshannon Valley could be a factor too with a pair of winnable games prior to a showdown with Blairsville in week 10.

If mt scenarios play out it should be
1. Richland
2. Central
3. Tyrone
4. Liggy
5. Forest Hills
6.Penn Cambria
7. Cambria Heights
8.BEA

6-8 may swap a bit but I see an all LHAC semi vs an all MAC semi

I am looking over the rankings and remaining schedules in District 6A:
1...... Bellwood-Antis.....10..... 0......
2...... Bishop Guilfoyle... 9...... 1......
3...... Portage............. 9.......1.......
4...... Penns Manor....... 9......1......
5...... Juniata Valley..... 9...... 1...... From here up wins out
6.......Blacklick Valley.... 7...... 3...... BV beats CV and Saltsburg, tough one with NS (L)
7.......Bishop McCort..... 6...... 4...... Actually McCort could be higher than BV with a lower record. McCort will lose to BG and CH
One of these teams will be #8
Homer Center..... 6...... 4 I think they lose out Lig Valley, PM and Portage
Glendale............ 6..... 4 losses to BA and JV
Northern Cambria. 6...... 4 losses to Ligonier Valley and CH
Moshannon Valley 6......4 loss to Blairsville
Blairsville........... 6...... 4 loss to Portage

Tyrone won't pass Ligonier unless LV loses again and I doubt that happens. Here is what I see happening...

1. Richland
2. Central
3. Ligonier Valley
4. Tyrone
5. Cambria Heights
6. Forest Hills
7. Bald Eagle
8. Penn Cambria

Things could change barring FH, PC, and CH games with Somerset. I have them all beating the Eagles but if Stull plays it could be a different story and change things up.
