Let's all not forget Stanford lost to Utah, whose only conference win And close game was to Stanford. Utah is the equivalent to Illinois. So let's not act like Stanford is great. PAC12 = weak

Really, what does ONE game mean? In 1982, on October 9th, Penn State was LITERALLY destroyed by Alabama by a score of 42-21. Yet they were still given the national championship that year.

I agree with Eagle. Ohio State would get smoked. Their defense is horrible. I wish bama would have won today, because FSU vs Bama is the best available game.

I'm not sure what to think. I can't stand Colin Cowherd but his top 4 is identical to mine, he had Mizzou instead of Okie State at 5.
BTW- how great is ESPN's darling SEC? Missouri could never win the Big 12 and A&M was never a big player til their last year or 2, now Mizzou is in title game in 1st year, and A&M is right there close .....
Good example of overhype

You need drug tested aoki.... FSU has 4/5 first rounders on the field .... Pitt was their 2nd closest game all year... Only team that's been consistent all year...I d agree with OSU, Stinkeye defense is horrible. But SEC is way overrated this year.... I said THIS year.

Ohio state deserves the #2 ranking. Auburn #3 and Mizzou #4. Sec hasn't proved how good they are. Geogria was a flop, Florida makes Penn state look good. And the fact the two top teams were both last place last year kind of shows how much weaker middle sec teams have become
