D-1 talent?
Re: D-1 talent?
It seems that ever since the 04 season, that colleges have just been taking anyone and everyone, talent has delclined all over Pennsylvania so colleges are taking what would have been their last choice and making it a prime choice

Sorry, I thought Wadley had scholarships but I wasn't sure. I heard Virginia and a few MAC schools (Akron, Toledo?). He had a lot of interest in him before these camps too. From what I've heard he was at Nike-State College, Metro-Index and Pitt 7-on-7 Passing Camp. This just solidified him for the recruiters. I doubt he will have the grades to get in to these schools that he gets offers from. So, he can commit this year but would have to go to Prep to get his grades up.
----On another note, I don't see how the talent is dropping off too much in PA? Just because recruiters come to Johnstown doesn't mean talent is dropping. If anything it means that the Johnstown area is becoming better. And mark my words...a team from D6 will be able to compete with the WPIAL AA team this year. State some facts as to why you would think PA's talent is dropping? Here's some recent names for you...Jared Odrick, LeSean McCoy, Darrin Walls, Jeremiha Hunter, Dorin Dickerson, Jeremy Ricker...ALL of them are PA guys from last years Top 100 Seniors - Rivals 100. I don't want to name any more but if I must...Chad Henne, Paul Puszusny, Dan Connor, Anthony Morrelli...all Top 100's. Pennsylvania is and has always been considered to be in the "Power 5" states of High School football...Ohio, Texas, California, Florida, Pennsylvania.

OK...thanks for the more reliable info on Wadley, and I definately agree with you about Seidel. I didn't put him on here because I haven't heard of him getting any D1 attention. It blows my mind that Jackson has been getting looks...Buffalo I heard either is highly interested or offered. I haven't heard anything since the season started however.
