the Lantzy committee doesn't just look at the Senior year for all of these kids. it's a process. yes, the majority is what they did their senior year and the leadership that they showed. but the committee doesn't just look past the 2 or 3 years previous to their senior year. everyone is talking down these few kids that didn't play the whole year.. it happens. this isn't the first time some kids have made it that had a season ending injury and i guarantee that it isn't the last time this happens either. ALL of these kids that have made the team have accomplished something and showed everyone in the area that they should be here.. no matter what. half of you people on here are talking most of these kids down. whether they made it or not. first brezovich from johnstown now these other kids that didn't play the whole season? not everyone is going to be happy. and i'm sure that rubal and snowberger didn't expect to make the team either.. i bet they were just as surprised as everyone else. but the kids that made it.. made it. and no one can change that.

true and rubal has started since he was a sophomore and he did great at tailback and at a WR since richland changed 2 the spread offence..well untill he got injured with only playing 2 games and the 1st quarter of the 3rd game

yes i know that sakmar did do that..although he did never really get "better" since then. he sorda just stayed the same. he did get hurt but didnt miss anytime and he was also suspended after the somerset game for getting thrown outta the game

but then again sakmar did definatly belong in the game. but theres nothing anyone can do about it now. although he was nominated to go there..i guess the people who select the players didnt think he was supposed to be in it

i cant explain or answer that but it has to do with theyre whole careers and not just theyre senior season. and i guess they felt that rubal had a better career and woulda had a absolutely terrific senior season. i think next year tho that richland will have atleast 3 kids in the game with pecora,fenton, and krouse

and i thought both Holsberger and shope were playing offense? if thats so how can they be playing defense as well?

Shawn Merriman made the pro bowl and he was suspended 4 games for using a banned substance so Rubal making it isn't that outrageous.
