Suter and gibbons did look awesome, but I think the coaches took into affect that otten is 32-0 and the only undefeated wrestler at the tourney and a 1st shade district champ ever. I thought his bracket was way easier though too, and berchick was upset by revak and he upset someone else also. He was hot and wrestling good until he faced otten. Eichelberger only lost to berchick by a 2-1 score and is tough for a freshman. But that weight class didn't seem that strong, taking nothing away from great wrestling by otten!

I was disappointed by the booing from the fans during the tourney of champions announcements, and most were directed to nbc wrestlers. These are young kids who work hard and don't deserve this from fans!

IMO Matt Sollenberger deserved OW. He beat 3 kids that had beaten him previously. Great job tonight NBC !!

The boo's I heard were when they announced the nbc kids for the march of champs, not the podium medal announcements. Before the matches started, when they announced the line-ups for the championship matches. Does nbc yell out a nickname that sounds like fans are booing for the kids? I heard it on the side opposite the nbc fans clear across the gym along with others that commented on it!

Undefeateds- Roberts was too correct? That would make 4 undefeated guys that won.

By my count 4 Sr champs, 4 Sr 2nds, 2 Sr 3rds. A very odd year to have the Sr. class not earn 25% of the regional births and good news for D5 in the future.

I was disappointed in Tussey's tournament results - 1st 3rd seeded Bussard scratched, then 3rd seed Weimert & Bussard's 171 replacement Brumbaugh didn't make weight on Saturday. I think that the school only won 3 matches yesterday and has nobody advancing to Johnstown.

Yeah i agree i thought Tussey would do a little better but i didnt expect that much...I really thought Weimert would make the trip to Johnstown!
