Tussey Mt. may not know how to act after a win and get all excited about it but it's been like that ever since I can remember. Even in basketball where they're use to winning. Especially against the Panthers. However, I can guarantee one thing, those boys won't let it go to their heads because the new coach won't let that happen and they will be prepared to go out on that field Saturday night just like they were when they stepped in to the Panthers stadium. Win or lose, they still have something to be proud of. So Hollywood, I really don't know what your problem is against the Titans but let it go man. Seriously, be an adult and let the kids have their shining moment because according to you they don't get those kinds of moments very often so don't take that away from them. But only if you're man enough to be capable of doing so...

I hear you and that is great to have wins like this!! Shows the program is heading in a better direction. I am just saying don't ever rest on your laurels! Strive to be the Best! I hope they do well and I am not anti-Tussey but when they beat my alma mater, it hurts deep down.

I understand Hollywood, I'm a Tussey grad and I know that the rivalry runs deep between these two schools.

Now I don't want to make it seem like im being a baby and that im trying to make excuses for NB but....
Someone earlier said that NB's coach should have had some of the kids cover that eichelburger(sorry for misspelling) but who did coach 4 have to cover him? By the third quarter he had 3 starters out. Swope left at the end of the 1st with a broken wrist and then steve wagner got hurt. And as i was driving to the hospital to see tommy i heard on the radio that all tussey did was run down the middle. With steve and tommy both not there the panthers had inexperience and those younger kids just couldnt apply the pressure that the two older boys do! So what im saying is that even though both teams played well with what they had i still think that if some of the starters werent out... that the game could have easily been the other way. O well game is over.. so good luck to tussey this saturday!

On Eichelberger's second TD catch he was well covered. He just made a great catch. The game game could have very easily gone either way. TM made one more big play. There doesn't need to be any excuses made.
Yeah Tussey doesn't WIN much so I would be happy too. Did you ever hear the phrase Even Blind Dogs find Bones once and a while?
No, i havent actually. And considering that its been scientific proven that dogs are more accurate using their ability of scent than they are with vision, I wouldn't be saying it anytime soon. I wouldn't be surprised if that dog found a bone everyday.

Can we all at least agree on a three things...
(1) Tussey Mountain's Football program has improved.
(2)NB just had bad luck with injuries and maybe play selection but thats a sport for ya.
(3) Tussey showed school spirit after that game but also showed poor sportsmanship at the same time.
p.s. Semper Fi gunner
