Josh Barto a cousin of long time pro and hall of famer rick barto is enrolled at johnstown. He is said to throw 89-94 mph and is a good outfielder. look for this kid to do some damage. but still johnstown could be a sleeper team. everyone is underestimating them. They have harfield, montgomery, witten, and cody wallace. They're stacked. but still have no chance against mccort. they're big time players, helman pearce and lechaks will do absolutely nothing, they'll have poor seasons, and will struggle. Helman is said to have committed to upj. How this kids not even worthy to play at mount allyoisus. This kid is definatly overrated.

I guarantee you the things I have said about the Central Cambria baseball is not all a joke. I do agree that I joked a bit but they will not be a very solid team next year and some of those players aren't as good as you hype them up to be on this website. And plus you can't tell me that most of this website isn't a joke because most of the time everything ends up in an agurment on this site and this is just another argument.

For what trisportath said about the coaching staff pushing the players harder, I highly doubt they are because they are doing the same exact things as last year. CC could probably take their track team and put together a team that good beat their very own baseball team. Baseball is a joke at CC and it will be until some coach or even some player takes over because of right now I don't see it happening and the sad thing is the people on the team know it's a joke.

Now Johnstown has a kid throwing mid 90's ... Mark April 21st on the calendar FH vs JHS @ Sidman ... there will probably be a dozen pro scouts in attendance :roll:

Crush09... You are a joke. First of all Rick Montgomery and Nick Eidem never set foot on a baseball field down at Roxbury park in the summer. In other words they either played for Highland or the league up at Aing field. They are trash. Second of all Bobby Helman is good enough to go to UPJ and probably play and/or pitch. Also, as for myself being rookie of the year... the coach did not pad my stats, and even if he wouldve had me batting .600 the coaches from all the AAABA teams vote on who is the Rookie of the Year, MVP, and Rookie pitcher of the league. I think pitcher of the year and batting champion do go off pure stats tho. Also im going to slippery rock so apparently someone thought i was good enough... Don't make this site into a big joke like alot of people tend to do.

central cambria- go kill lambs
mccort- has jesus so we'll win
johnstown- licks balls but has alot of great individual players
westmont- rich stuck up kids with good equipment but no skill.
richland- the only way they'll win is if their rich parents pay the umpires off
any team with cambria in it this year will obviously blow this year.
somerset- overrated

Trotz is a total joke. Not legit at all. Look for big seasons from richlands russ gray and bob carbaugh. Since Gray will be playing first Carbaugh is looking to make a move to third to add more help to a solid richland infield.

that is a good move for richland. they are lacking that position and middle infield looks weak so they will need to improve there

Yeah well what about the outfield you idiot positionman, i'm telling you right now Central Cambria will beon top of the LHAC because of two reasons

1) They play in the snow during practices. CC is not going to goof off this year.
2) And they will be a very powerful hitting team, I mean just ask their coaches they can hit the ball even farther than the players on the team.

The only weakness they have is Trotz and the fact they don't play monito enough, if they would sit trotz on the bench and play montio they would win at least 10 more games.
