Whoever Windber High chooses to be their Head man, Rambler pride and toughness is what needs to be brought back. I have a hunch that an outsider is going to get hired and get them back to being very competitive in the WestPAC and D5.

Would that be the person who was in house or at least coaching there at one time?

In all honesty, because I do not want to share something that may not be completely finalized quite yet, I will refrain from giving a name so as to not jeopardize the outcome.
I will tell you that this person has never coached at Windber.
Trust me with this one, the Rambler Nation will be pleased!

Good for Windber!! They don't need a "Windber-guy", they need a good person, coach, AND self-motivated kids.

I have a hard time believing that this "outside" coach has an open and shut case. The Ramblers need a NEW coach...a coach that will be dedicated to the boys of Windber. Windber is a town rich in tradition and pride. Who knows the tradition and pride of the community more than someone who has roots in the community. I'm not talking about any Tom, Dick or Harry that walks off of Graham Ave. I'm talking about individuals that truly care about our kids. It's quite obvious that the Ramblers have been lacking a true leader and mentor since D'Arc or M Rod left the program. A good coach, an enthusiatic coach, and coach that can get to play to their potential...is what the Rambler Nation is in need of. And btw, a coach with the experience of developing a program with public school kids always gets my vote.

WOW, I NOW FEEL OUT OF THE LOOP. IT APPEARS THAT A FEW PEOPLE ON HERE ALREADY KNOW WHO WINDBER IS GOING TO HIRE. BOY I THOUGHT I HAD INSIDER SCOOP BUT I AM SOOOO WRONG.
HUNCHES AND OUTISIDERS AND ALL THAT TALK AT LEAST GIVE SOME HINTS NOW WHO WE THINK IS GOING TO GET THIS JOB. WHERE IS THIS PARTICULAR COACH FROM? HOW LONG HAVE THEY COACHED? AT WHAT LEVEL HAVE THEY COACHED AT? LOCAL COACHING EXPERIENCE? WHAT CONFERENCE?
DONT LEAVE IT SO MUCH OPEN GIVE SOME CLUES AT LEAST IF YOU DONT WANT TO GIVE SPECIFIC NAMES.
WHEN DO YOU THINK A DECISION WILL BE MADE?
MUST HAVE BEEN SOME INTERVIEWS OR THERE WOULDNT BE HUNCHES AS TO WHO IS GOING TO GET HIRED
PLEASE A LITTLE CLUE AND HINT WOULD BE NICE

I would love to give you a hint but any hint would allow someone to figure it out. Again, I don't want to release the name for fear that it might jeopardize the process. That wouldn't be fair to this gentleman or Windber.
Although this person is not from Windber, this person possesses the other traits that "Just Lookin" is asking for.
Unlike Westmont and their football search, trust the Windber process. They care too much about their athletics to make a bad decision. You will be pleased with the results.
