DON DONALDSON the best ref in the SHL?? You have to be kidding me!!!!!!!!! THat is best one i have heard in a while. HE IS NOT I REPeat not best ref in or Dist V. He may be top 6 but he has to big of an ego and he likes to blow his whistle just to hear it blow. If he was such a great official he would do more inter dist games or would of been to hershey for state championship games. I heard he was giving Jarvis some crap last week while he was watching the SF Tussey game. He really supports his fellow refs I would say. NOT!!!!!!!! that is a good one him being best ref in SHL

To set the record straight Don Donaldson did a state championship game at one time. I believe it was in the early '90's and it was a girls "A" or "AA" game. I do remember that BG was in the state final he did, he did not work that game with other D5 refs as I believe at that time they would bring in guys/gals from different districts and pair them up for the state final.

hoopsfan, I happened to be sitting with Don at the SF game and he was not giving Jarvis any crap. The two were joking around. Don was telling him he was earning his money on that night.

Yes Head Roadie is correct, Don has done a state final and he does many D5 finals.

Well it is like this tussey fan. I have seen him do many games over the years. Is he a good official?? Yes he is. Is he one of the best ONLY in my opinion no he isnt. But of course that is only my opinion. Glad to hear he was only kidding with Jarvis.
