I thought Whitehead might commit this past weekend, but it appears there is some work to do. I think WVU (Russell Shell and Dravon Henry are in his ear) and Ohio State are still major players for him. I don't think Pitt has much of a chance

Same with Sterling Jenkins. I think ideally he wants to wait and take his time, but right now is a heavy PSU lean. That could change and Ohio State or Michigan could enter the picture, but I think he will end up at Penn State.

PSU Defensive Coordinator and Pittsburgh area recruiter tweeted yesterday Project 412 - 4/12. 412 is Pittsburgh area code and 4/12 is the spring game. I think they want them to commit at the spring game.

That's your problem. You assume too much. I said Franklin "thought", not said. All you had to do was read the Penn Live article. It's like circumstantial evidence in a courtroom, without an actual witness.
