Barton did withdraw his name from the State College position. It was in the Altoona Mirror a week or so ago.

Yea i heard he withdrew his name, but i heard that everyone thought he was a lock for that job wonder what happend?

He said in the paper that his wife has a job at Hollidaysburg and wasn't guaranteed one in SC. Family issues would have been one reason then...he also said many people in the community wanted him to stay and he had a lot of support. He didn't want to leave his old kids this late either, it wouldn't be fair to them

What do you know about football anyway? Would just love to know how you motivate, call plays, D, Special Teams. Please share because I want to use it when I am a COLLEGE HEAD COACH!ha, ha, ha. I have never heard of your name as a good coach around this area?? WT-What is your problem? I know more about football than you will ever know, so believe that!

As of now we are all on an equal level...no one here is a head coach or assistant coach of a college football team.

holly,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,thanks for your interest in my coaching,,,,,,,,,i enjoy coaching but im not looking to be a big time coach but if you are thats fine with me,,,,,,,,,im sure you know alot about coaching and if somehow you could get your maturity level up with your coaching level you will be great,,,,,,i just dont think this narcissistic view you have is good for you but its up to you!

PSU doesnt even have a big playbook, why do you think any qb can go in and run the complex offense. The passing section is not even a section its one page. I am gonna watch some games from last year and count the times they had 3 receivers on the field!

YOU are questioning my maturity?? I know you will never be a good coach or try because you are afraid to fail so don't take it out on good coaches because you are not one! YOU are a happy go lucky type guy and I can see why you just want to step in and help when it is convient for you. My coaching abilities are just fine!! Just keep being a fan of PSU because that is all you will ever be! Best of Luck with that.
