In your opinion who do you think will be the LHACs outstanding performer?

Zac Newton has to be an early favorite at RB. Two stand out QBs in Glessner (FH) and Ramires (Rich) will be at the top. Also in the discussion will be Julock and Seidel and possibly Rizzo.

If Johnstown can put together a good Oline and committs to running the football Pretlor will put up huge numbers from the fullback position. He was having a pretty good year last season until he broke his ankle.

It's gotta be Newton though. He's gonna have the most yards out of everyone because he's gonna get the ball many more times. Last year people put him over Mehall and Lowry who had more touchdowns, led their teams farther, and probably had better ypc. So I would expect the same again. Newton will likely go over 2,000 yards again, and people will ignore the 300 carries or the under .500 record.

seidel i belive played in only 5 games last season and had upwards of 500 yards i believe i may be off my 20-30 yards but with almost the entire line coming back and a stellar sophomore who gives much more on the offensive side of the ball then the defensive(tim hornick, i cut his defense down earlier) playing center he has the potential to rush for more yards than newton who will have trouble getting past the line of scrimmage despite getting 30 carries a game.

I dont know though, BM always seems to have a players with better overall stats as Juniors rather than seniors.

Well thats a no brainer! Thats because they field complete teams. If you take away the run, they can hurt you through the air. It kind of makes what Newton did last season so much more impressive. Everyone knew the ball would be in his hands and he would get his yards... it was just a matter of limiting the scores. However, those "seniors" who have "worse" stats than their junior season applies to starters. Seidel let lowry and Wadley carry the load but filled in nicely when healthy. He's a gamer, but the coachin staff at BM knows that the more people in the offense, the harder to stop. So I wouldnt be looking for huge stats from any one player at BM, but look for them to be tops the the LHAC and D6, again. Ask that QB from Oklahoma how the Heisman feels...
