Jonathan Baldwin Beats a Woman

Post by frostlion »

Pitt sophomore wide receiver Jonathan Baldwin was charged with a misdemeanor indecent assault as well as summary harassment and a summary disorderly conduct after an alleged incident on a campus shuttle bus involving a female student on April 19th.

Pitt head coach Dave Wannstedt was not available for comment but athletic department spokesman E.J. Borghetti issued a statement which read, "the matter is currently under investigation and until that investigation reaches a conclusion we will decline comment."

-------------------------------------------------------------------

If those who post on this board rings to true form, then Mr. Baldwin is guilty as charged and should be put to
an immediate death. How dare the Pitt Athletic Department "decline comment" until
the investigation is concluded and the guilt and/or innocence of Mr. Baldwin proclaimed
by a jury of his peers. HE IS CLEARLY GUILTY AS CHARGED!!! If the Pitt Athletic Department was of decent moral caliber, Mr. Baldwin would be immediately suspended, his scholarship revoked, and his presence banished from the state of Pennsylvania for the rest of eternity. "IF" he is found innocent, it clearly
is a cover-up.

SHAME!!!!

"He is the second Panthers receiver to get into trouble with the law this year as TJ Porter was dismissed from the team after he was arrested for DUI on Feb. 22nd, Porter's second DUI arrest in less than a year".

Frosty bear left the above part out.........Pitt only had 2 players in trouble with the law this year.......so how many psu players have been in trouble with the law this year??? And how many got kicked off the team??

Notice Porter was dismissed and not suspended for the 1st 3 games of the season or suspended from summer workouts like jokepa likes to do.

This is not a small incident. He clearly put his hands on a woman. This is not smoking pot, or having pot in your apartment, or shooting arrows into a wall, or making prank calls, or a DUI, or anything like that. Moldo will tell you: this incident rises to the level of Rashard Casey beating up that cop. Baldwin beat up a woman. The only thing that would have made it worse was if Baldwin had beat up a woman cop. Enough said, strap the punk into Old Sparky, and furthermore, the state legislature needs to investigate this Pitt Athletic Department cover-up. Taxpayer money is on the line here folks....people are losing their jobs and Pitt is covering up violence against women!

SHAME!

And Shocker, you're just making excuses....NO NO NO. He is guilty as charged. Pitt is doing nothing about it. When it was mentioned that the pot was found in Clark's apartment the entire Pitt nation (all 347 of them) demanded his immediate suspension and JoePa's head. Turn about is fair play!!! How can anyone put their hands on a WOMAN!!!! If it was a white woman, he better be charged with a HATE CRIME!

If you beat a woman, it's never a small incident. That's deserving of a 4 game suspension since it's his first offense. One more screw up and he should be gone for good.

Like I said about this topic title, did he beat a woman? Indecent assault could be putting a hand on a woman's leg. Get the story first.
