I'm not saying they don't have potential, im saying there is a lack of interest or people...i couldn't be sure. It would be nice to have more girls on their team. but i wish them luck in finding some more interest and talent. I will see ya this Spring :D

I think they only have 3 returning seniors coming back...there might be some more seniors come out since its their last year...but they will definently be relying on their underclassmen alot

Well, I'm sure the lack of interest was due to the lack of a track. Maybe since they actually have one this year, more kids will be interested. Even if they aren't good this year, they will most likely be good in the years to come.

Good point. Now they won't have to practice on our field anymore! But if we had a bran spankin' new track i would be more likely to run than now...<if that makes sense? lol

Yeah, it's like when Bedford got it's new quarter million dollar track last year, kids were excited to run knowing that shin splints wouldn't be as popular as the years before. I remember my freshman and sophomore year, like every single person on the boys' and girls' team had shin splints because of our blacktop track. Keeping in mind, there are like 30 kids on each team. It was horrible.. I hate to even think about the pain we went through.
