Now that the district six season is over what awards would you give out for d6 players.

Well taking things to an LHAC point of view...

1. MVP- John Rizzo, Richland.
2. Best offensive player-Justin Gdula, Forest Hills and Gervon Simon Johnstown.
3. Best defensive player-Alkwan Williams, Johnstown.
4. Best coach-Ernie Fetzer, Penn Cambria.
5. Best game-Bishop McCort-Bellwood-Antis 11-10 game winning field goal.
6. Best senior-Williams/Rizzo
7. Best underclassmen-Matt Shaffer, Richland.
8. Biggest surprise-Cambria Heights 5-5 season.
9. Best team-Johnstown.
10. Team you look forward to seeing next year-Somerset.

Mvp - Alkwan Williams - best player in district, also produced at the highest level every week.
Best offensive player - steve franco
Best defensive player - see above
Best coach - Tony Penna, Jr. - your disagreement shows your lack of knowledge of coaching and the gravity of his job.
Best game - Bellwood vs. Bishop McCort D6 semifinals
Best Senior - Alkwan Williams
Best Underclassman - Dan Ferrens - Penns Manor
Biggest Suprise - not CC over JHS but instead Richland blowing out Forest Hills in week one.
Best Team - Tyrone
Looking forward to seeing - Bishop McCort's 2010 freshman recruiting class in action.

2. Best offensive player - Christian Getz Tyrone (1500+ yards rushing and i do believe leads D6 in scoring)
