Anything on Hollidaysburg becoming a member of Laurel Highlands Conference?

I would be "pee my pants" shocked if anyone in the county seat even entertained the idea. First off, their people have been quoted that they are very happy in WPIAL . Secondly, if they ever came back, I'm 99% sure it would be in the MAC. They have a healthy rivalry with Huntingdon and Central already, and play Tyrone , bellefonte , and BEA, in all other sports already. Just don't see it

Nobody gets into the LHAC unless it's a two-fer deal. They want an even number of teams for their schedule.

Be that as it may. They sure don't need to join the lhac just for the football team. Too much money would be spent on travel expenses for the rest of the sports. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.
