here's an FYI- The Forest Hills school board has given approval to spend like 200K to put down a new field grass surface, raising the crown 18 inches for drainage, and extend the surface all the way to the bleachers for drainage, so unlike CC's field, the players and benches won't have that low area where a lake forms on the sidelines. If work hasn't already started, it soon will. the playing surface will be sodded, not a new grass crop that takes almost forever to take root. If only they could figure how to take some of the old surface and put it on the baseball diamond! Hope this takes us off the 5 worst fields list!

cheer up shadow...u may have the worst playing surface around, but i know a ton of guys that would rather play an away game there than anyplace else, same goes for fans and watching a game
