Ebensburg is back in the league. 3 divisions. Saints first game Home May 26. A TWELVE-second pitching clock. Ridiculous. 4 Sunday DH's.

Do you honestly believe the officials will enforce this 12 second pitch clock?

With Richland still alive in the playoffs, St.M. postponed its first game indefinitely. It will open against Lilly Thursday May 28, 6 PM in Sidman. Followed by the first of 4 double headers, at home against Stoystown, on Sunday May 31 @ 2 PM

Yes. We are aware of that, after taking 4 - 1 run wins against them last year.

Agreed. The difference was our pitcher being out of HS hasn't thrown since last yr. Rusty for sure. A few boots by the fielders too.

Stoystown drops 2 to the Saints. First game 10-0 in 5. Second game 8-4. The second team got some PT in that one. Curious how long before Stoystown starts forfeiting games because of lack of numbers, effort, discouragement because of losing. Choose one of the preceding.

Stoystown is an enigma for me. I believe there are kids on their roster from Shanksville, North Star, Shade and Somerset. Drawing from 4 High Schools, I just expected them to be much better. They seem to have some decent position players, but don't appear to have attracted a lot of Pitching. And, its tough to win consistently in this league without 3-4 strong Pitchers.
