Unfortunately, in Pennsylvania, first time offenders rarely get the maximum sentence. Also, do to an over taxed court system, they will probably be allowed to plead down. Maybe to criminal use of a communication facility. You're probably right. But they will be registered on Megan's Law and that will haunt them for the rest of their lives.
