Chestnut Ridge Girls basketball
Shout out to the girl's basketball team and Coach Dillow. They have a tough one, I believe, this evening against Forest Hills. I would think it was a pretty good feeling the other night as the Ridge girls beat Bedford by 20. Coach Dillow was the head coach there for a while, but I guess there was a difference of opinion regarding some things and they opened up the position. They are 8-0 up to this point.

The Ridge girls are off to a nice start, but they have played exactly 2 teams with a winning record. The combined win/loss record for their opponents is 35-51 - not exactly murderers row. The LHAC on the girls side is not strong this year. Should come down to FH, WH and Ridge on the girls side.

Seeing the results from yesterday, it looks like Ridge is simply taking advantage of a relatively easy schedule. The two best teams they have played, FH & WH, handled them easily. Lucky for them, they won't see either of them again until the playoffs.

Ridge, WH & FH are all 3A

Re: Chestnut Ridge Girls basketball
What are your thoughts on the state of the CR Girls Basketball team right now with a 5 game losing streak?

The new LHAC is EXTREMELY top heavy, with BM, FH & WH really good in the west and Hollidaysburg & BG really good in the east. It's a shame that one of those five teams are going to miss the LHAC playoffs.

Are there current standings somewhere?
