Yes, it was. But that's what's going to happen unless something earthshattering takes place like Bishop McCort dropping a game to the Kilties, or FH dropping the game vs. the horrid Iggles of Somerset.

OK, but what if Bedford, Ridge and MC win? Or better yet, all eight seeds win.

No offense, but the first two scenarios look like hopes for a favorable Bedford seed.

If everyone wins, without the math, it should work out like this:

Tyrone
Forest Hills
Chestnut Ridge
Bishop McCort
Bedford
Marion Center
Westmont
Penn Cambria

Oh, and not that it matters, but PC beating Richland would only be 110 points since Richland is an "A" school.

I thought it was assumed that that was going to be the result in the other thread. I was bringing to light these situations, and what the result would be. Mainly, I'm trying to figure out what Bedford's playoff future is, depending on 2 other teams in this weeks actions.

And it is highly possible that Bedford drops its last game of the year to J-Town. Even more so if Kyler Ford isn't healthy or playing next week. I'm not trying to be hopeful here for anything. I figured it out, with the obvious teams winning on the 3 main teams involved previous schedule(Bedford, Chestnut Ridge, Marion Center).

Better redo your numbers because as of now BM is still 3rd CR 4th and Bedford is 5th.

Based on some of the data above, I'll re-do mine.

I'm only focusing on 3rd through 6th place as I think the others are beyond movement. I thought I read last week that Bedford couldn't get past McCort, but now I'm not so sure.

Assuming all the "other" wins hold true and all four teams (BM, Bed, CR and MC) win. McCort can only get 120 points for beating CH, Bedford can get 180 points for beating Johnstown, CR can get 160 points and MC can get 140.

The middle four would then look like this:

#3 Chestnut Ridge 970
#4 Bedford 960
#5 Bishop McCort 940
#6 Marion Center 850

Looks like CR could go a second year in the playoffs without facing an LHAC team in the first round.

Note, should Richland beat PC, McCort would get 10 and Bedford would lose 10 and the tie would work in McCort's favor for the #4 seed.

Also Ham, Johnstown hasn't beaten a team with a winning record all year. While I think Bedford may be a little slow out of the gate with three easy weeks behind them, they should be well rested. Johnstown needs three things to win, limited penalties, no turnovers AND Kyler Ford not playing (whether hurt or resting).

Pretty much everything is riding on Cheasnut Ridge's game, and the Bedford-Johnstown game.

All of the other games should hold true, except for these two matchups.

All the possibilities are listed above between Ham and Xylo's post.

Regardless, the road to Mansion Park either will run through Tyrone or Sidman.
