Girl's Track

Which athletes do you think will dominate each girls' even this year in track? There were many good statebound athletes last year, do you think they can do it again this year?

For Everett the weaver sisters will definately be their greatest asset.
Bedford however has a ton of amazing athetes back this year, Bardell, Logue, Ritchey, Foor, Wilson. Im callin right now that Bedford will be districts champs again this year!

Yeah, I believe her name is Johnna. It's ashame how she had to get knee surgery in November though. I don't know if she will be back in time to triple jump her senior year or not. Hopefully she makes a full recovery soon because I know she was looking to go to Ship again this year.

Last year at the Bellwood Invitational, freshman Shannon Laratonda beat her PB by 18" in the triple jump and got first place, I look for her to be good this upcoming year.

Bedford Baby!!

I think Bedford is going to dominate everything this year!! They don't have many good throwers but they've got some great middle distance and distance runners. I think the Weaver twins are actually going to go down in the middle distance.

I remember Shannon winning that- she is an awesome jumper- especially since last year was her first year. I can see her making a trip to Ship sometime in the next three years!
